refunds As each artwork is printed individually to fullfill an order there is no ‘change of mind’
refund, however, graphique gallery will gladly replace or refund any artwork which is faulty or
damaged on arrival. If that is the case we will also pay for return postage.

payment You can buy our artwork online through our secure credit card transaction (PayPal).
If you don't have a PayPal account you can also select to make a one-off credit card payment
or go to www.paypal.com.au to register for free. graphique gallery does not receive your credit
card information. For more information on PayPal security features and terms of use please visit www.paypal.com.au or follow the links at the checkout.
We also accept payments by money order, cheque or direct deposit. To order you can contact
us by email or phone and we will forward you the payment details. Please note that if paying
by cheque, funds must be cleared before your order is dispatched. This may affect your delivery
time.

delivery Please allow 2 weeks for the delivery of your order within Australia. For international
orders please contact us for delivery time estimate and cost.

colour accuracy Please note that the colours of the artwork may appear slightly different on
your computer screen due to varying screen settings such as brightness, contrast and saturation
which result in every computer rendering colours differently. Therefore, customers need to
allow for a slight colour variance when ordering the finished product.
